SOFTWARE AGREEMENT

Carefully read the terms and conditions of this agreement prior to
using "LANcet Chat". Use of any portion of this package indicates your
agreement to the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree
with such terms and conditions, do not install this software.


"LANcet Chat" is 30 days free trial software. 

LANcet Chat may be freely distributed, with exceptions noted below,
provided the distribution package is not modified. No person or
company may charge a fee for the distribution of LANcet Chat without
written permission from the copyright holder. LANcet Chat may not be
bundled or distributed with any other package without written
permission of the copyright holder.
    
You may not use, copy, emulate, clone, rent, lease, sell, modify,
decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the
licensed program, or any subset of the licensed program, except as
provided for in this agreement. Any such unauthorized use shall result
in immediate and automatic termination of this license.

All rights not expressly granted here are reserved by NetCrate
Software.


WARRANTY DISCLAIMER

The software is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind, either
express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied
warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Author does not warrant, guarantee, or make any representations
regarding the use, or the results of the use, of the software or
written materials in the terms of correctness, accuracy, reliability,
currentness or otherwise. The entire risk as to the results and
performance of the software is assumed by you. If the software or
written materials are defective you, and not the authors, assume the
entire cost of all necessary servicing, repair or correction.

The authors of "LANcet Chat" cannot be held responsible for any
consequences, in any form, related to the use of this software.

To install and use "LANcet Chat" you must accept this agreement.
